High-Quality Kit Materials
Kit panels are flame-resistant and made of strong Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels, particularly well-suited for pre-insulated wall and roof panels.
Location
Provide a location that has been approved for your structure along with any desired services such as water, electric, waste, etc.
Match with a Home Kit
Consider your budget and how much space you need. Kits can accommodate from 1-8 sleepers. When budgeting, remember the listed kit price excludes Shipping, Assembly, Foundation, Plumbing, Electrical, Tax, and interior elements (shower, toilet, kitchen, etc). We will review this in your quote.

Place the Order
When you're ready to purchase your home kit, simply contact us to confirm order placement and payment. Your amazing new home will be created, palletised and shipped to your location ready to be assembled! Shipping lead times vary by location.
BASE M Non-Insulated
The Base M is the smallest of our compact homes and, as with all of our kits, can be very useful in scenarios built standalone or in groups. This model can also be upgraded to include a Loft. Consult with us for upgrades on all models.
